Pipeline Direct is a Web application embedded in each Pipeline, which enables you to connect to Pipelines
on your network with a Web browser.
You can use Pipeline Direct to perform administrative tasks on the Pipeline, including network
configuration and firmware upgrades. With an attached VTR, you can also use Pipeline Direct to create
EDL files from streaming media for submitting jobs to FlipFactory. Additionally, you can use Pipeline Direct
to crash record SD media and save it as a TIFO
processing with FlipFactory or Episode | Episode Pro, or for conversion to QuickTime.
