14 Device tests

(necessary test of device)
• Electric device must be, after full connection, a subject of tests according to valid
standards of country where operated
• A written proof of revision has to be issued

15 Safety of work on electric device

(safety requirements)
Electric device requires scheduled and regular maintenance, which is a presumption of safe,
reliable work and major lifetime extension of electric device
• Work on and operation of electric device can be carried out by qualified workers only
• External protective earth terminal of the device must be conductively connected to
protective system of user and well conserved

16 User obligations

(obligations for maintaining the device according to valid regulations and standards by
user)
• Maintaining the electric device in permanent safe and reliable condition, which
complies with valid electrotechnical regulations
• Perform regular checks and revisions of electric device within defined periods
• Ensure that the electric device is not tempered with in forbidden way by persons
without electrotechnical qualification (ordinary persons) and that they do not
perform any work on it in a sense of valid standards and regulations
• Provably introduce operation and safety regulations and possible electric injury risk
to everyone, who will operate the electric device
