Power Indicator appears red. When the battery is fully charged
while E-bot is turned on, the Power Indicator color is changed to
green. When the battery is being charged while E-bot is turned
off, the Power Indicator appears red. When the battery is fully
charged while E-bot is turned off, the Power Indicator is not lit.
