This sets the period of system inactivity after which the system
goes into Standby mode, the intermediate power saving state.
The settings range from 10 seconds to 2 hours and can be set
manually when power management is in SMI. The default setting
is Disabled. When the system goes into power saving mode,
power management will skip to the next mode in the sequence if
this is disabled.
