A) Adjustment at maximum output.
• Remove the sealing cap for flue test point.
• Place the analyser probe inside the flue test point.
• Make burner 1 operate at maximum output, following the procedure
described at the end of this Section in 'Chimney sweep function'
(100% CASC MANUAL).
• Make sure that the CO
level falls within the values indicated in the

'NOZZLE - PRESSURES' table.
• It is possible to correct the value by turning adjusting screw 'A'
using a suitable screwdriver.
CLOCKWISE to decrease it and ANTI-CLOCKWISE to increase it.
B) Adjustment at minimum output.
• Make burner 1 operate at minimum output, following the procedure
described at the end of this Section in 'Chimney sweep function'
(10% CASC MANUAL).
• Make sure that the CO
level falls within the values indicated in the

'CO
levels' table on the following page.

• It is possible to correct the value by turning adjusting screw 'B'
using a 2 mm hex key.
CLOCKWISE to increase it and ANTI-CLOCKWISE to decrease it.
Gas valve maximum output adjusting screw (2 mm hex key)
when replacing the gas valve or having difficulty with ignition:
Carefully screw in (clockwise) the gas valve adjusting screw 'A'
until it stops, then unscrew it 9 full turns.
Check boiler ignition. If it does not start, unscrew screw 'A' by one
more turn, then try to start it again. If the boiler still fails to light,
repeat the operations again until it does light.
At this point adjust the burner pressures as previously described.

levels are incorrect, ensure that the flue and gas pipes

are not obstructed and that the burner and/or heat exchanger are not
dirty or blocked
C) Completing basic calibration.
• Check CO
values at the minimum and maximum flow rate.

• Adjust if necessary.
For smooth operation, calibrate the CO
care to observe the values in the table.
• Replace the flue test point cap.
NoTE: Take care not to force the adjusting screws.
