Service 6. Reverse the procedure to install the belts. Be sure there are no twists and the belts are properly seated in the grooves. Adjust the belt stops so there is 1/8” (3mm) clearance between belt and stop. The pattern for both belts is shown in Figure 19.
Service BRUSH SEGMENT REPLACEMENT 1. Remove bolts from broom bearings at both ends of the support shaft (A, Figure 20). 2. Loosen bearing setscrews and slide bearings inwards toward the center of broom. 3. Manually move power unit backwards away from the brush assembly.
Optional Equipment TURF CASTER KIT The optional turf casters replace the standard broom caster wheels. These casters provide greater floatation when using the broom in turf grooming applications. Install the turf casters as follows: 1. Raise and support the broom head assembly about 2"off the ground.
