Transporting Your Projector

Please follow strictly the following steps when transporting the projector because it
contains many components that are made of glass and precision technology:
When transporting to a service center:
Use the original packing.
If you did not keep the original carton, use the equivalent and put
enough cushion inside for protection.
When transporting for business use:
Put it in the original carrying case or bag, then pack it in a secure box
with cushioning.
We shall not be liable for any damages occurred during the
transportation.
When carrying by hands:
Use a hard carrying case or a soft carrying bag for protection.

Remote Control Information

You may control this projector through the infrared receiver (IR) located at the front
of the projector. However, the projector may not response to the commands of the
remote control if
The surrounding light is too bright,
Certain types of the fluorescent lighting are used,
The IR receiver is shined on with a bright light,
Equipment that emits infrared energy such as a radiation heater in the
room.
The above mention conditions occur frequently for most infrared controlled
equipment.
Try the following solutions:
Replace new batteries. The batteries may be low on power.
Partly turn off some light source and remove the projector from direct
sunlight.
Close the window or remove the projector from direct sunlight.
Switch off other equipment that emits infrared energy.
