If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could
cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you should
immediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA), in addition to notifying Fleetwood
Enterprises' Consumer Affairs Department.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an inves-
tigation, and if it finds that a safety defect exists in a group
of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign.
However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual
problems between you, your dealer or Fleetwood's manufac-
turing subsidiary.
To contact NHTSA, you may either call the Auto Safety
Hotline toll-free at 1-800-424-9393 (or 202-366-0123 in
Washington, D.C.) or write to:
NHTSA
U.S. Department of Transportation
Washington, DC 20590
You can also obtain other information about motor vehicle
safety from the Hotline.
This package contains important documents about your
motor home and its equipment and systems. This Owner's
Manual is in the package. Since this manual does not cover
every possible detail of equipment and options installed on
or in your motor home, there are booklets and instructional
material in the package that will help you safely operate,
maintain and troubleshoot those items. Be sure you read all
this information and understand the safety and operating
instructions included in the package. Additionally, you must
follow all maintenance instructions to insure full warranty
coverage. If you ever decide to sell or trade your motor
home, be sure the new owner gets all the material in this
package.
