selecting the speed levels Turn the ON/OFF-switch easily to the desired speed level. The appropriate speed level is determined by the textures of the ingredients. To use the pulse function (ON/OFF-switch position ›P‹) press and hold the switch in position until the ingredients have reached the desired consistency. -

6. When the product has the desired consistency, turn the appliance off (ON/OFF-switch to position ›0‹) and remove the glass jug from the appliance. Then remove the lid from the glass jug. Flowable products - from drink to viscous dough - you can pour from the glass jug. -

9. Rinse all parts of the mixing jar in warm detergent solution. Soak the stubborn food residues on the parts for a few minutes and then remove these with a small plastic brush or sponge.
