    Cordless Blower. We aim to provide quality tools at an affordable price. We hope you will enjoy using this tool for many years. Your Lithium Ion Cordless Blower LBL-018 has been designed for blowing debris, leaves and grass clippings from courtyards, driveways, patios, car parks, footpaths etc. Being cordless, it offers maximum convenience of operation without the need for a connection to the mains power.

    CHARGING YOUR LITHIUM ION BATTERY The battery (6) has been shipped in a low charge condition, and require charging prior to use. • Plug the charger adaptor (9) into a mains power outlet. • The green light on the adaptor (9) will illuminate showing that power is being supplied to the adaptor (9).
  • Page 10 CHARGING YOUR LITHIUM ION BATTERY (cont.) Important charging notes • The charger adaptor (9) and battery (6) may become warm to touch while charging. This is a normal condition, and does not indicate a problem. • Use the charger adaptor (9) at normal room temperature whenever possible. To prevent overheating, do not cover the charger adaptor (9) and do not charge the battery (6) in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

    INSTALLING OR REMOVING THE BATTERY Always switch off the tool before insertion or removal of the battery. Installing the battery • Align the notches in the base of the blower operation handle (5) with those of the battery (6) and slide the battery (6) and blower together until the battery (6) locks into place (see Fig.

    OPERATION Assembling the blower tube Align the wide end of the blower tube (2) to the opening of the blower housing. The opening on the connecting side of the blower tube (2) should be matched up with the blower tube release button (3) on the blower housing.

    If the housing of the blower requires cleaning, do not use solvents but a moist soft cloth only. Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by repair of the tool by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the tool.
