Auto Provision Settings
Show the current config file's version. If the version of configuration
downloaded is higher than this, the configuration will be upgraded.
If the endpoints confirm the configuration by the Digest method,
the configuration will not be upgraded unless it differs from the
current configuration.
Show the common config file's version. If the configuration
downloaded and this configuration are the same, the auto provision
will stop. If the endpoints confirm the configuration by the Digest

Serial number of the phone
Username for configuration server. Used for FTP/HTTP/HTTPS.
If this is blank the phone will use anonymous.
