2. TECHNICAL BRIEF

2.9 USB

Instead of using external storage card(ex,smart media card,memory stick.....) ,T5100 include internal
large nand flash memory(256Mbit). To download a mount of image data from phone , T5100 supports
USB communication.And it is compatible with USB specification versions 1.0 and 1.1,

In particular, C_MCLK signal is used for camera sytem clock.

2.10 DSP (For Video related process)

A. General Description
The SH7300 RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) microcomputer includes a Renesas
Technology original RISC CPU as its core, and the peripheral functions required to configure a
system.
The SH7300 includes external memory interface(SH BUS) , Multifunction interface(MFI), Camera
interface, ,NAND/AND interface,Audio PCM interface, UART interfcace ,SIM card interface, and ETC.
B. Power circuit
T5100 use two external dual LDO regulators with output enable control pin to operate SH7300 chip.
1.5V for main core, 1.5V for sub, 2.8V for I/O ,2.8V for camera I/F are used. In power saving mode
1.5V for main core, 2.8V for camera I/F are shut down.
