Bagel Function

1. This function switches off the rear elements.
2. Place the side you want toasted facing the front of the toaster, so it is visible
through the glass.
3. Insert the bagel into the toasting slot.
4. Press the bread carriage lever down until it locks into place. The bread guides
will automatically adjust to hold the bagel slices in place.
5. Press the Bagel button - the bottom of the bagel will warm and the top of the
bagel will toast.
6. When toasting is complete, the toasted items will pop up and the toaster will
switch off. Note: The Bagel button will illuminate until the toast cycle is complete
or until the Cancel button is pressed. If the wrong button is selected, press the
Cancel button and re-select the desired cycle.

Reheating Toast

Note: You must only reheat plain, "unbuttered" toast.
Insert previously toasted food into slot.
There is no need to adjust the toast shade selector.
Press the bread carriage lever down until it locks into place.
Press the Reheat button.
When reheating is complete, the toast will pop up and the toaster will switch off.
Note: When selecting Defrost, Bagel or Reheat function, you must press the
bread carriage lever down before selecting one of these settings.
Note: If the wrong button is selected, press the Cancel button and re-select the
desired cycle.

Hints and tips

When toasting more than one slice of bread, use slices of similar size, thickness
and freshness.
Old or thin bread will cook faster than fresh or thick bread, so use a lower setting.
