SAFETY INFORMATION

-IMPORTANT-
Read and follow all instructions before
assembling and using the stroller!
Failure to follow these warnings could cause death,
serious injury or permanent disability to your child.
WARNING
FALL OR STRANGULATION HAZARD
• Always use child's safety harness to avoid serious injury to child from falling
or sliding out.
• Children can slip into leg opening and could become entangled possibly
resulting in strangulation.
• DO NOT leave child unattended in the stroller.
• DO NOT use stroller if child cannot hold head upright and sit up unassisted.
WARNING
PROTECT YOUR CHILD
• Do NOT exceed maximum weight limits.
* Excessive weight may cause a hazardous, unstable condition.
* Parcels or accessory items placed on the handle of this product may
cause the stroller to become unstable.
• DO NOT place more than one child in Speedster or Speedster Deluxe stroller,
or more than two children in Speedster Deuce stroller.
• DO NOT allow your child to touch the wheels, rims or spokes.
• DO NOT use stroller as a car seat, child seat, or high chair.
• DO NOT use or leave stroller on steep grades, inclines or hills.
• DO NOT place stroller on soft, uneven or elevated surfaces.
• DO NOT allow your child to stand on stroller or in the seat.
• DO NOT use if your child will not ride calmly in stroller.
• DO NOT place stroller near a campfire, cook stove or open flame.
• DO avoid runaways. Always use tether wrist strap.
• DO monitor child's activity in stroller. Periodically check the child's position.
• DO fasten child's harness prior to use.
• DO assure child is dressed properly for the weather. Periodically check the
child's comfort.
• DO protect your child from the harmful effects of the sun.
• DO use a helmet for the child when using this stroller.
• If your child has special needs, consult with a physician before using Kelty
strollers. This stroller may not be appropriate for special needs children.
• DO NOT use stroller while skating, biking or engaging in any activity that will
affect your balance.
• DO NOT use stroller if you feel faint, dizzy, nauseated or experience muscle pain.
• DO NOT let go of stroller handle while stroller is moving.
• DO NOT attach stroller to bicycles, automobiles, snowmobiles, or other machines.
• DO NOT allow the stroller to be pulled by dogs or other animals.
• DO make sure the yellow handle lock and the locking side brace are in the
"locked" position before use.
• DO avoid using the stroller on busy streets or in heavy traffic.
• DO be especially careful at crosswalks.
• DO be aware of conditions around you.
• DO use tether wrist strap.
• DO NOT overload stroller. Overloading may damage or break stroller.
• DO NOT fold incorrectly. Incorrect folding may damage or break stroller.
• DO NOT use accessories or replacement parts other than those produced or
approved by Kelty. Use of unapproved accessories or replacement parts may
affect handling and stability or damage or break stroller.
• DO check to assure all buckles snaps, straps and adjustments are secure
before each use.
• DO check the condition of stroller before each use.
• DO NOT use stroller if the frame, fabric, straps or buckles are damaged.
• DO NOT use stroller if the stroller is in any way damaged. Call Kelty
Customer Support staff, toll free at 866-349-7225 (866-FIX-PACK).
• DO keep instructions for future use.

• DO NOT store stroller outside or in direct sunlight.
• DO maintain the proper tire pressure (marked on tire sidewall).
• DO maintain the proper brake-pad adjustment.
• DO maintain the proper wheel alignment.

• DO grease and tighten wheel bearings if necessary.
