START
The all paths connected
to U401 are OK?
Yes
The V_IO is 2.8V?
Yes
The FOLDER signal is low
on magnetizing into U401?
Yes
Change the board.
No Reso
C403, C404, R424.
No
Power On Trouble.
No
Replace the U401.
U401 is broken.
