Vibrator is out of order.
Change the Vibrator.
into Engineering Mode
and select Vibrator

Reconnect vibrator

Resolder the CN401
Resolder the R404

R405, R406, D401
No
Replace the U201.
MIDI IC is broken.
No Change the Q402.
Q402 is broken.
