Paper out in the manual feed mode
While printing in the manual feed mode, the printer is out of paper in
the Multi-Purpose Tray.
• Load the correct paper into the Multi-Purpose Tray and press the
on the control panel to print each page.
Paper jam
Paper is jammed inside the printer.
• Clear the paper jam. See "Clearing Paper Jams" on
Door open, no toner cartridge
The printer top cover may be opened or the toner cartridge is not
installed.
• Check that the printer top cover door and rear door (face-up output tray)
are closed properly.
• Make sure that the toner cartridge is correctly installed in the printer.
