When Copy Services is being used without a Domain Name Server
(for example, when the ESS's in this Server Group are attached to the ESSNet on
a private network), additional information must be entered into the Host Tables in
both the ESS and the Host. In addition to the information in the Enable Copy
Services table, the following information must be entered.
