CARE & MAINTENANCE
(ATTENTION: Unplug treadmill before spraying silicone. Failure to do so could cause injury such as
cutting your hand on the edge of the belt and crushing your fingers between the rear roller and the
belt. Do not put too much silicone on the deck. It can cause the running belt to slip when in use if
there is too much lubrication.
HOW TO SPRAY SILICONE ON DECK (See Drawing Below)
1). Find the silicone included in hardware kit package when you purchase this treadmill, and open
the carton box.
2). Install a straw on silicone bottle as shown.
3).
Apply an even coat of silicone to one side of the treadmill deck. Repeat for the other side.

CLEANING
Perspiration should be wiped from the console and treadmill surface after your workout. You should
wipe down this treadmill after each use with a water dampened, soft cloth. Be careful do not get
excessive moisture on the display panel; this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
REPLACEMENT RUNNING BELT
Running belt is a wear item. It should be replaced when the running belt surface showing signs of
wear, or after 6000 hours use.
REPLACEMENT RUNNING DECK
Running deck is a wear item. It should be serviced when the running deck surface shows signs of
wear. Or we suggest servicing the running deck with the running belt. Note: The running deck may
be flipped over once to provide a new running surface without replacing deck.
STORAGE
Store your treadmill in a clean and dry environment. Ensure the master power switch is off and is
unplugged from the electrical wall outlet.
MOVING
This treadmill has been designed and equipped with wheels for easy mobility.
Before moving, ensure the master power switch is in the off position and the power cord is
unplugged from the electrical outlet.
Hand pulse
Before / after running – stand on side rails to avoid shaking the machine. If heart rate is absent or
irregular, remove hands until pulse display reads "0". Repeat the test. Test shouldn't be performed
while running.
