Specifies the sequence of codes used by the VPS
to make a call to an outside line. You can set up
, #, to 12 digits. The default value is 'T', which
means that the VPS dials the outside phone
T, W numbers after detecting dial tone.

9W = [9] → 1-second wait → dial outside phone
number.
'9' is the CO line access number.
