Using the night mode
When using the night mode, you can use the optimal
exposure value for a dark environment.
Rotate the mode dial to
1
Align your subject in the frame and half-

press [Shutter] to focus.
Press [Shutter] to take a photo.

In the night mode, it is recommended to use a
tripod, shutter release or Timer function to minimize
camera shaking (purchased separately).
Using the portrait mode
In the portrait mode, the optimal effect can be obtained
when taking a portrait shot.
Rotate the mode dial to

Align your subject in the frame and half-

press [Shutter] to focus.
Press [Shutter] to take a photo.

In the portrait mode, the focus area is automatically
set to the face as it is set to the Face Detection
AF mode automatically.
Using the landscape mode
This mode can be useful when a clear focus for a
natural landscape is needed.
Rotate the mode dial to

Align your subject in the frame and half-

press [Shutter] to focus.
Press [Shutter] to take a photo.

In the landscape mode, the shutter speed is
adjusted automatically according to the aperture
value.
It is recommended to use a tripod in the case of a
slow shutter speed setting.
