1. Check 3.3V or 2.5V
2. check MCLK and DCLK
a. PW164B bad soldiering causing no work
b. Check 3.3V or 2.5V
c. Check ICS501 if there was MCLK and
DCLK output to PW164B
a. Check the voltage of AVDD,PVDD,VDD
b. If voltage above are ok, then check
VSYNC and HSYNC if there were these two
signal or not
c. Replace AD9888
