4. Removing the laundry when the programme has finished

Before the end of a programme

"Cooling down" appears in the display.
The programme is not finished until the
cooling down phase has been
completed.
Removing the laundry when the
programme has finished
Anti-crease and Finish will appear in
O
the display to indicate that the
programme has finished. The buzzer
will sound at intervals.
The dryer has a standby mode: After a
programme has finished, the display
will switch off and the Start sensor will
flash slowly (see Display/Sensor
lighting in the Settings menu).
If Anti-crease is activated, the drum will
still rotate occasionally. This is not a
fault.
^ Press the a button to open the
drum door.
^ Remove the laundry.
Check that all items have been
removed from the drum. If items are
left in the dryer, they could be
damaged by overdrying when the
dryer is next used.
15 minutes after programme end/
Anti-crease, the dryer will switch off
automatically.
Note: If the tumble dryer is signed on to
the Miele|home system, it will not
switch off automatically.
^ Switch the dryer off by pressing the
s button if it is still switched on.
A buzzer will sound.
^ Close the door.

^ Empty the condensed water
container.
We recommend draining it externally.
This means you will never have to
empty it manually again.
Interior drum lighting
To prevent failing to see any laundry:
If the dryer is switched on and the door
is opened, the drum lighting will come
on. It will go out a few minutes later to
save energy.
