Internal Call Block determines the restrictions placed on making intercom calls. The extensions,
incoming call distribution groups, and doorphones belonging to a certain COS can be programmed
to not receive intercom calls from those belonging to a certain COS.

Specifies the combinations of COS levels for which intercom calls are blocked.
