Cause
Hardware error
Invalid barcode content, e.g. alphanumeric
characters in a numerical barcode
The barcode is too big for the allocated
area of the label

The input buffer memory is full and the
computer is still transmitting data.
No more data can be stored on the memory
card
Cutter cannot return into its home position
and stays in an undefi ned position

Remedy
Switch the printer off and then on.
If error recurs call service.

Switch on the printer. Restart print job.
Change material
Switch the printer off and then on.
If error recurs call service.
