    • Make necessary plumbing with reference to the Installation Diagram. (Fig. 14) • A. O. Smith recommends Nylon/ Stainless Steel (SS) braided hoses (Flexible Hoses) having a minimum pressure rating of 8 Bar and hoses should be compatible for Blue Cap hot water applications.
  • Page 13 CAUTION • Make sure a suitable teflon tape is used for all connections to prevent leakage. • Discharge tube should be installed downwards without any loops, folds or knots. Ensure that the free end of the Discharge tube is placed over a suitable drain and away from the users.
