The expansion slots in the MX9 are accessible via the hatch. The hatch can be opened using a standard size screwdriver.
When the hatch is opened, the MX9 automatically shuts down.
SD card configurations in 512MB, 1GB and 4GB are available from Honeywell.
Note: For best results save your changes then perform an orderly shutdown to preserve RAM contents before opening the
hatch.

Power Key Functions

The Power key is located at the bottom left of the keypad. The Power On/Off key is a momentary contact. Function is as
follows:
When the MX9 is in ...
Off mode
On mode
Suspend mode
Critical Suspend mode
Backlight off mode
Pressing the Power key ...
boots the unit and sets it to the On mode
sets the unit in Suspend mode
sets the unit in On mode
has no effect
sets the unit in Suspend mode
