note: If the riveter's performance declines, it may be due to insufficient hydraulic oil.
Refill the hydraulic oil using the procedure below.
warning! Make sure the Riveter is disconnected from its air supply hose prior to
performing any maintenance, service, or changing accessories.
air Cylinder Lid (24)
1.
Remove the Base Cover (34) and unscrew the Air Cylinder Lid (24) from the
bottom of the Riveter. See Figure D.
2.
Use a pair of pliers (not included) to remove the Piston Head (22) from the Air
Cylinder (19). See Figure D.
3.
Hold the Air Cylinder (19) upside down, and pour in hydraulic oil (not included).
The fill level should only reach the top of the Frame.
4.
Insert the Piston Assembly back into the Air Cylinder (19). See Figure D.
5.
Use the Spanner to firmly screw the Air Cylinder Lid (24) back onto the Air Cylinder
(19). See Figure D.
