1-5. Flexible Flat Cable

Be careful when removing the flexible flat cables because
the bending portions of the flexible flat cables are hooked
on the projections of the cable guide assembly.
1. Remove the front cover. (Refer to Section 1-2-1)
2. Remove the upper cover and lower cover. (Refer to
Section 1-2-2)
3. Remove the pan cover (F) and pan cover (B). (Refer to
Section 1-2-3)
4. Remove the pan cover (R) and pan cover (L). (Refer to
Section 1-2-4)
5. Remove the camera block. (Refer to Section 1-3-1)
6. Remove the SY-303 board. (Refer to Section 1-4-5)
7. Remove the MDR-19 board and SE-656 board. (Refer
to Section 1-4-6)
8. Remove the ferrite bead and tape.
9. Remove the three screws, then disconnect the three
flexible flat cables while removing the tilt chassis in
the direction indicated by the arrow A.
10. Disconnect one flexible flat cable from the connector
on the DC motor.
11. Remove one screw from the cable retainer, then
disconnect the three flexible flat cables while
removing the DC motor in the direction indicated by
the arrow B.

12. Attach the flexible flat cables in the reverse order of
steps 1 to 11.
