Checking the condensate
drain pipe
The condensate drain pipe 31 (Fig. 9.16)
does not require any particular mainte-
nance but just check:
• That no solid deposits have formed, if so
remove them.
• That the condensate drain piping is not
clogged.
Unscrew the plug to clean inside the pipe.

9.10 Visual inspection of appliance

Visually inspect all water joints, seals and
connections for any evidence of leakage
and retighten, grease or replace them as
necessary.
9.11 Checking the gas supply
Check appliance for gas tightness.
Recheck operational pressures as de-
scribed in section "Checking the gas supply
pressure" to page 54 of this manual.

9.12 Water inhibitor concentration

Where chemical products are used the level
of water treatment should be checked on an
annual basis and re treated after full or par-
pressure
