• The Viper is ready to accept appropriate command
• The drive remains in any previously set mode
• If a PREVENT command was issued, the LED is
always on and the Unit Attention Condition is set
upon media removal
• If an ALLOW command was sent, the LED goes
out at BOT. This allows media removal at BOT
without setting Unit Attention Condition
