The MODE SENSE command provides a means for Viper drive to report its current mode
settings to the Initiator.

This byte specifies the number of bytes the Viper
drive returns in the Data-In Phase. An Allocation
Length of zero means no MODE SENSE data is
transferred. This condition is not considered to
be an error. When non-zero, the number of bytes
specified in Allocation Length is transferred up to
a maximum of 12
5.21.3 MODE SENSE Header Data Format
The MODE SENSE response data consists of a four-byte header followed by an eight-byte
block descriptor.
