has its own anti-short cycle timer.

Range: 2.0F°/1.0C° to 4.0F°/2.0C° adjustable in 1.0F°/0.5C°

(off): The thermostat will not activate the fan in response to a call
for heating. The fan is activated by the equipment fan and limit
control.
(on): Enables the thermostat to activate the fan in response to a call
for heating or cooling.
(on): Extends fan operation by 60 seconds after a heating or cooling
cycle has ended.
(off): No extension of fan operation after a heating or cooling cycle
has ended.
The fan delay is only active when the fan is in the Auto mode.
