Printing on both sides of the paper (duplexing) automatically The automatic duplex unit, available only on select printer models, supports A4- and letter-size paper. If you want to adjust the print settings: Press again. Make your selections using the arrow buttons. After adjusting your settings, press the up or down arrow button to scroll to Continue, and then press Press the Color/Black button to set a color or black-and-white print. When you select color or black-only printing, the light near your choice comes on. -

EMOVE AND REINSERT THE PRINTHEAD Open the printer and lift the latch. Remove the printhead. Warning—Potential Damage: Do not touch the printhead nozzles. Wipe the printhead contacts using a clean, lint-free cloth. Reinsert the printhead, and then close the latch until it clicks. Close the printer. -

HECK THE CONNECTION Check the USB cable for any obvious damage. If the cable is damaged, then use a new one. Firmly plug the square end of the USB cable into the back of the printer. Firmly plug the rectangular end of the USB cable into the USB port of the computer. The USB port is marked with a USB symbol. -
