How to Remove the
Motherboard
See your chassis manual for instructions on
removing and installing the motherboard.

You will need a Phillips (#2 bit)
screwdriver.
See Appendix A for regulatory
requirements and installation instructions
and precautions.
WARNING
This procedure should be done only by
qualified technical personnel.
Disconnect the computer from its power
source before doing the procedures
described here. Failure to disconnect
the power before you open the
computer can result in personal injury
or equipment damage.

The motherboard is secured to the chassis by
ten screws. The locations of the mounting screw
holes are shown in Figure 14.
