MODE 3.02 - 3.04 CONTROL BASED ON CONDENSING PRESSURE FOR I-AX / I-AW / I-AD / I-AT UNITS
3.02
Control based on condensing pressure with refrigerant selection, set point in °C
3.04
Two sensors for condensers on two circuits with refrigerant selection.
Automatic control based on the higher value (selection amplifier).
Set point in °C, also suitable for different refrigerants due to comparison of temperature.
Display during operation: "Actual control value"

Mode
Operating mode setting, e.g. 3.02
E1 Analog In
For all operating modes in group 3 (3.02)
"E1 Analog In" Factory setting on "MBG-50I" (range of measurement 0 to 50 bars), 4 - 20 mA pro-
portional output
Sensor selection: MBG-50I
E1 Offset
Sensor calibration with reference measuring device
E1 Refrigerant
In operating modes 3.02 and 3.04 with refrigerant data selection, the appliance automatically calcu-
lates the temperature that corresponds to the pressure measured.
The offset, set point and control range settings can then be made in °C or K.
Conversion for relative pressure (difference compared to ambient pressure).
If using Ziehl-Abegg pressure sensors, e.g. "MBG-30I" or "MBG-50I" (range of measurement 0 - 30
or 0 - 50 bars), no further settings are required.
Operating mode 3.04 with 2 sensors
The function is automatically programmed for operating mode with 2 sensors.
The second analogue input is occupied and cannot be assigned to other functions.
With 3.04, function E2 is pre-set to | 4E | = comparison value for control on higher value (condenser
on two circuits).
