• When comparing the order of the wave form of the 3 phase detection circuit, there is mixed order or a failure
Criteria
to have one or all of phase power (When phase power is back to normal , E425 is automatically released)
• 3-phase power L1(R), L2(S), L3(T) wire-breaking error
Cause of problem
• Missing input of 3-phase power
1. How to check
1) Check the 3-phase detection part power on the PCB of outdoor unit
2) The color of wire is red, white, and black for 3-phase detection part, respectively. (Please be careful not to mix the colors or order)
Check the power for key parts
Is the power for
red-white/white-black/red-black wires
of CN82 about AC 380V?
Turn off the power breaker then exchange
2 of the three lines of 3-phase power fuse
then check again.
Does
As it is due to the problem with 3-phase
detection circuit part, replace the PCB.
