Replacing the fusing cleaning sheet assembly

A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle
• Fusing cleaning sheet assembly: Every 1,500,000 prints
B. Procedure

1.
Pull out the ADU from the main body. (See "3.16.1
Cleaning the registration sensor (PS44).")
2.
Remove the fusing unit. (See "3.17.1 Removing/
reinstalling the fusing unit.")
3.
Remove the fusing heating roller assembly. (See
"3.17.7 Removing/reinstalling the fusing heat roller
assembly.")
4.
Remove 2 screws [1] and then remove the fusing
cleaning unit [2].
5. Remove 2 screws [1] and then remove the fusing
cleaning sheet assembly [2].
6.
Remove the paper dust that has gathered in [3] of
the fusing cleaning sheet assembly unit.
7. Reinstall the above parts following the removal
steps in reverse.
