AUTO POWER OFF
Choose the length of ti me be-
fore the camera turns off auto-
matically when no operations
are performed. Shorter times
increase battery life; if
OFF
is
selected, the camera must be turned off manu-
ally. Note that regardless of the option selected,
the camera will not turn off automatically when
connected to a printer (pg. 63) or computer (pg.
68) or when a slide show is in progress (pg. 86).
~ Tip: Reactivating the Camera
To reactivate the camera after it has turned off auto-
matically, use the ON/OFF button or press the

ton for about a second (pg. 14).
