Whenever removing the carbon deposits, be
sure to observe the operational color of
each spark plug's porcelain tip. This color
tells you whether or not the standard spark
plug is suitable for your type of usage. A nor-
mal operating spark plug should be very
light brown in color. If the spark plug is very
white or glazed appearing, it has been oper-
ating much too hot. This spark plug should
be replaced with the colder plug.

CAUTION
An improper spark plug may have an
incorrect fit or heat range for your
engine. This may cause severe engine
damage which will not be covered under
warranty.
Use one of the spark plugs listed below
or equivalent. Consult your Suzuki
dealer or a qualified mechanic if you are
not sure which spark plug is correct for
your type of usage.
