Press the button if on an active call and the Goodbye Key Cancels Incoming Call
feature is enabled
or
Press and hold the Ignore key until the call is successfully ignored if on an active call and
the Goodbye Key Cancels Incoming Call feature is disabled.
For the 6867i and 6869i SIP Phones:
