PROGRAM
OPERATION
1.
Attach the Safety Key to the Console then,
Press
the
POWER
BUTTON,
to power
the
electronics
on.
2.
Press the FAT BURN
BUTTON,
to enter
the electronics
into FAT BURN
odginal
pro-
gram. The light next to Fat Burn Profile in the.
center of the Electronics
will light up, indicating
the treadmill
is in Fat Burn Mode.
3,
Press
the
START/STOP
BUTTON,
the
time window will count down 4 seconds
and the
walking
belt will start moving at preset factory
setting.
Once
the walking
bert is moving the
time window wilt count down from 30:0Q
At this point you may change
the speed of the
treadmill
by simply
pressing
SPEED+i-
BUT-
TON,
to new
desired
speed.
The
changed
speed
will be displayed
in the MPH window
Atso
you
may
change
the
elevation
of the
treadmill
by simply
pressing
the
INCLINE+/-
BUTTON
to
new
desired
elevation.
The
changed
elevation
will be displayed
in the in-
cline window.
5.
TO END YOUR WORKOUT,
you have 2
choices.
a,
Press the PAUSE
BUTTON
and the
treadmill
wilt gradually
decrease
the speed of
the walking
belt to 0.0 mph. To
restart
the
walking
belt press the PAUSE
BUTTON,
the
walking
belt will gradually
increase
in speed to
the setting
it was operating
before
the pause
button was pressed.
When in pause mode the
treadmill
will automatically
power
down
if no
button is pressed within a 5 minute time period.

and the treadmill
will gradually
decrease
the
speed of the walking belt to 0.0 mph
Press the
POWER
BUTTON
to turn
off power
to the
treadmill
PROGRAMMING
TIME, SPEED AND INCLINE
IN FAT BURN MODE,

Programming
changes macl'e to the FAT BURN
program will only be saved into memory in FAT
BURN
P1 or Fat Bum P2 modes.
1.
Attach the Safety Key to the Console then,
TO PROGRAM
TIME, press the POWER BUT-
TON to power the electronics on.
2.
Press the FAT BURN
BUTTON,
to enter
the electronics
into FAT BURN mode.
Press the FAT BURN BUTTON again to enter
the electronics
into FAT BURN
"PI"
mode.
Press the FAT BURN BUTTON again to enter
the electronics
into
FAT BURN
When
the
Time window
is flashing
00:00,
this indicates
total workout
time is ready to program,
If the
Time window
is not flashing this indicates the
mode has already
been programmed.
To re-
program
this
previously
programmed
mode
simply press the PAUSE
BUTTON
to enable
you to enter a new program
into this program
mode.
3.
Press the SPEED/TIME
+1- BUTTONS
to
adjust the total workout
time.
Next press the
ENTER
BUTTON
to save this
change.
For
example if you set the total workout time to be
30:00 minutes
the electronic
computer
will au-
tomatically
divide the total workout time into 10
intervals equaling 3 minutes each

TO PROGRAM
SPEED, now the speed
