• To activate this feature, your System Manager or System Administrator
must assign an Interview Mailbox to your mailbox.
• One way to make your Interview Mailbox easily accessible to callers is to
ask the System Administrator to add your Interview Mailbox as a keypad
option to a Custom Service menu. Callers can be guided to this menu in
any language.
