Jetsystem Total Exchange
Function:
Only with boilproof/colored programs.
After filling, the drum speed is increased to 80 1/min. During this increase the unbalance in the drum is
controlled. The laundry is now adjacent to the drum shell and the water is directly filled into the laundry
through the circulation system. The filled-in water is now bound in the laundry. The level in the tub drops.
The analog pressure switch reports this to the main circuit board. The spin cycle of 2sec is released with
470 1/min. The water in the laundry is thrown out with the washing powder. The level in the tub increases
again. Afterwards there is a pause of 5sec. During that time the level is controlled by the analog pressure
switch. If there is not a certain level in the tub, the deficient water will be filled in. This process can recur
up to three times per rinse cycle.
Foam Detection
The foam detection is controlled by the main electronic, through values of the analog pressure switch.
If there is foam at the beginning or during a spin cycle, the spin cycle will be paused.
The program is continued with a reverse phase. During that the drain pump is operating. After the
reverse phase a new spin cycle will be started.
