Release the trigger and squeeze it
again. The tool must cycle (fire)
once only. With the Trigger held,
carefully lift the nailer and press it
against the workpiece again. The
tool must not cycle (fire). If it fails to
act in the manner explained in bold,
have it repaired by a qualified service
technician.
Loading the 97526 Air Pin Nailer
1.
ALWAYS wear
ANSI-approved impact safety gog-
gles when reloading or doing any
other maintenance on this tool.
Other people in the work area must
also wear ANSI-approved impact
safety goggles.
2.
Make sure Nailer is not attached to
the air hose whenever loading tool.
3.
Depress upper tip of the Click Lever
(59). The Side Cover (34) will pop
open.
4.
Insert a row of fasteners (not includ-
ed) into the Upper Magazine (47/51).
Make sure the pointed ends of the
fasteners are loaded with the points
downward. Also make sure fasteners
are not dirty or damaged
5.
Slide the Side Cover (34) back over
the Upper Magazine (47/51) and
press the upper tip of the Click Lever
(59) inward to lock Side Cover (34) in
place.

Loading the 97520 Air Brad Nailer
1.
ALWAYS wear
ANSI-approved impact safety gog-
gles when reloading or doing any
other maintenance on this tool.
Other people in the work area must
also wear ANSI-approved impact
safety goggles.
2.
Make sure Nailer is not attached to
the air hose whenever loading tool.
3.
Slide the Pusher (63) back until it
locks in place.
4.
Place a full clip of the desired size
Brads (3/4" to 2") in the Magazine
Assembly (70). Up to 100 Brads may
be loaded in the Magazine.
5.
While holding the Pusher (63) in
place, press the Release (74) and
slide the Pusher forward.
Loading the 97524 Nailer/Stapler
1.

gles when reloading or doing any
other maintenance on this tool.
Other people in the work area must
also wear ANSI-approved impact
safety goggles.
2.
Make sure Nailer is not attached to
the air supply whenever loading tool.
3.
Depress the Latch (73) and pull back
on the Tail Cover (78), opening Mag-
azine A (67A).
