Suunto also recommends you to be trained in freediving technique and
physiology before conducting breath holding dives. No diving instrument
can replace the need for proper diving training. Insufficient or improper
training may cause diver to commit errors that may lead to serious injury
or death.
Suunto strongly recommends that sport divers limit their maximum
depth to 40 m [130 ft] or to the depth calculated by the computer based
on the selected O % and a maximum PO
