4.2 Managing and limiting printing
ID & Print
A user using a user name and password, then print the print jobs saved in the HDD of this machine, when
user authentication is enabled.
Because printing occurs after user authentication is performed via the control panel of this machine, it is
suitable for printing highly confidential documents.
