    Datalogic Product, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.     Quick Reference Use this manual to assist in getting your installation up-and-running quickly and efficiently. For more details, including programming infor- mation, reference the Product Reference Guide (PRG), which is available for viewing and download from the website listed on the back cover of this manual.

  • Page 8: Using The Stand

    Using the Stand The latch on the back of the stand is used for locking and unlocking the stand to the scanner. (Before placing the scanner in the stand, make sure the latch is pulled all the way outward.) With the latch in its outward position, the stand will function as a dock for the scanner that will remain on the counter when the scanner is picked up for handheld scanning.

    3. Omni-Directional Targeted Scanning Mode — can be used when multiple bar code labels are close together, such as a pick list. Press and hold either button. An aiming pattern will appear. With the aiming pattern fairly cen- tered over the bar code to be read, release the button to read the label.
