Symptom: Date shown is January 1, 2000.
Possible cause: The security appliance has not yet successfully reached a
network time server (NTS).
Recommended action:
If you have just configured the security appliance, wait at least 5 minutes, click
Administration on the menu bar, and then click Time Zone in the navigation tree.
Review the settings for the date and time.
Verify your Internet access settings.
Symptom: The time is off by one hour.
Possible cause: The security appliance does not automatically adjust for Daylight
Savings Time.
Recommended action:
Click Administration on the menu bar, and then click Time Zone in the navigation
tree.
Check or uncheck Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
Click Apply to save your settings, or click Reset to revert to the saved settings.
