3. Apply 4 V using a stabilised power supply and turn on the handset (phone).
4. Start RF test tool.
5. Press the "Initialize & Read Data" button. (COM port is automatically selected.)
6. Change the voltage, if you need.
7. Click "OK" to proceed.
